Happy Friday! The weekend is nearly here & to start it off we want to answer a one of our most commonly asked villa questions...how far in advance do you need to book one of our properties?
Well, the answer is that it varies. We know...helpful...but, depending on the season, are
a, size & price point of the property that you're looking for it can range from last minute availability to requiring about a year & a half.
Today - we want to share some of our hardest to snag properties. These are the properties that are regularly unavailable when our valued clients request them. As we always want provide you with the EXACT product that you desire, we feel that it is our duty to let you know that it's time to book...for 2018.
All three of the below properties are completely booked throughout summer 2017 (barring any cancellations) but are open (and quickly filling up) for 2018 bookings!
Do keep in mind that we have a very extensive catelog of luxury properties & are confident that we have something that you will genuinely enjoy. Palazzo Antica is the epitome of luxury. It is a private, fully staffed villa set on a hill overlooking the lively, chic & iconic town of Positano. We hosted a group of valued clients at this home last summer & it was a truly unforgettable experience. With it's breathtaking views, top-knotch quality & size alone, it's the perfect villa for a family reunion, celebration or much needed getaway.

Villa Cardinale is truly one-of-a-kind. Neighboring Palazzo Antica above, it boasts the same breathtaking views of Positano & is nearly the same size, despite having half the bedrooms! With it's indoor wellness area (providing a turkish bath, indoor pool & sauna), outdoor hot tub, boroque decor & fascinating history, a stay at Villa Cardinale is sure to be one to remember.

$8,045 - $12,000 per week
Firenze Due Penthouse is our ONLY 5 bedroom apartment in the center of Florence. Although often requested, quality apartments of this size are simply hard to find in this Renaissance city! While fall to spring is a little easier to book within a shorter window (and a highly recommended time to visit by us!), summer is where availability is seemingly non-existent. If you're planning on heading to the historic city with a large family, multiple families or a large group of friends, this is the perfect accommodation. It is historic, perfectly located & beautifully restored. It even has a stunning & well-equipped terrace for you to enjoy the city nights with an aperitivo in hand.
